Nashville has had an amazing food scene for years, enough that it’s warranted a spot on the national map of food destinations: and the long-time Nashville treat, hot chicken, has even scored a spot as one of the top regional dishes. But as Nashville grows, many of the great dives which gave it a spot on the map to begin with are closing up shop, as owners retire or high rents force them into far-flung locations. The most recent big loss? Mad Donnas! A famed lunch spot known for its cheap but rib-sticking fare, a lot of residents near 8th South and 12 South will miss their burgers.

A little eatery called Wylee’s Cafe & Bar! They haven’t launched yet, but here’s what the Nashville Eater has to say:

A menu posted outside Wylee’s shows what must surely be an abbreviated version of what the full menu will be. But apparently you can enjoy items named after some of the singer’s most popular songs including the “If It Makes You Happy” salad, the “First Cut” burger and, of course, the “All I Wanna Do” (Is Have Dessert).

It remains to be seen when a public grand opening will be, or whether this menu will indeed stay intact.
