To continue their wine education series, City Winery is hosting a night of wine and the science behind it. This unique experience will be taking place in their fully functional urban wine making facility. Learn the answer to questions like “What are tannins and where do they come from?” or “What does oak aging do to wine?”
Event producers say attendees will taste wines that exemplify different major wine characteristic as City Winery’s Assistant Winemaker, Laura Cypress, talks about how to achieve this in the wine making process. Come learn, drink, and enjoy a night with City Winery! Tickets are only $25 a person, and the event kicks off at 5:30 pm.
