belcourt donationsNashville has a lot of great spots for entertainment. The farmer’s markets, Centennial, Sevier… there are dozens of hot, uniquely Nashville places to have fun! But among the most beloved is the Belcourt, the small indie theater in Hillsboro Village known for showing cult classics, kid’s films, indie hits, and documentaries. For almost a year, their historic location has been under renovations. Extreme renovations, in fact– gutted inside and out!

But recently they’ve announced their reopening! Copied from their press release, we have all the details:

Dear Belcourt members, friends and fans:

We are beyond excited to announce that the Belcourt will reopen in just one month—July 22, 2016. Reopening programming will also be announced very soon! Keep your eyes on your inbox and be sure to follow us on social media for updates.

Renovation and preservation work is nearly complete, and we’re just $804,000 away from our goal of $5 million. It’s not too late to put your name on a piece of Belcourt history. Name a Seat for just $2,500 or make a contribution of any size today.
